Born in 1979 and growing up in Wahroonga, real estate was always a hot topic of discussion especially around the family dinner table. During my school years, Saturdays were always spent helping out my Dad in the family business at Phillip Daidone Realty, everything, from sweeping the front of the office to escorting prospective tenants to new rental properties and putting up marketing signs.
I graduated from St Ignatius College at Riverview in 1997 and immediately began my career in real estate. In 1998, I completed my Diploma in Real Estate Management and continued my studies in which I obtained a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property Economics.
During my study years, I worked in the family business in Administration and Property Management, putting high emphasis on exceeding clients’ expectations. Having worked in the industry for over 20 years, my passion, commitment and expertise is second to none.
As someone who is perfectly attuned to the needs and expectations of my clients, I place a firm focus on gaining great results through ongoing communication, sound advice and a guiding hand. I have an outstanding knowledge of the area's wide-ranging demographic and firmly believe in a continuing positive outlook for the area.
Whether you’re a landlord, tenant, contractor, vendor or purchaser, I take great pride in maintaining a high level of service.
Working to assist people in obtaining their dream home and helping investors realise the full potential of their asset are the greatest joys of my chosen career. As part of a superior team of property management and sales professionals, my contribution to the office has been invaluable. So, for a truly passionate and committed approach to sales and project marketing, let me help you make the most of your property.
